Terms of Service
These terms apply to the IDTCPack GA4 authorization and traffic data service provided by Winndoo ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before connecting your Google Account. Using the connection and data features after being informed of these terms constitutes your agreement. If you do not agree, do not connect or stop using these features.
1. The service
Through Google OAuth and official Google Analytics APIs, the service provides GA4 connections, property lists, token refresh, traffic acquisition reports, and channel analysis. You need application access and a Google Account with access to the relevant GA4 property. You can initiate authorization in this website's dashboard or in an authorized IDTCPack project. Standalone application credentials do not grant access to another user's Google Analytics data. We operate the service independently. It is not an official Google product and does not imply Google certification or endorsement.
2. Your authority and responsibilities
You must be authorized to access, connect, and analyze your selected GA4 property. When acting for an organization, you must have appropriate authority. Manage your platform account and project member permissions securely and take responsibility for your authorization choices and data use. Do not use the service to access unauthorized data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or engage in unlawful activity. Do not submit your Google password to us.
3. Authorization and disconnection
We request only read-only GA4 access for features you enable. You can disconnect in IDTCPack or revoke access through your Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops the corresponding queries and synchronization. Previously stored reports are not automatically deleted; you may contact us to request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Changes to Google permissions, quotas, APIs, or account status may require renewed authorization or cause temporary unavailability.
4. Data and analysis results
You retain your legal rights in your data. We process authorized data only as described in our Privacy Policy and do not acquire ownership by providing the service. Reports may differ from the Google interface because of GA4 processing delays, thresholds, attribution rules, time zones, query ranges, and API quotas. AI referral classification is based on source names and cannot identify all AI-related visits. Review results in the context of your business.
5. Availability and fees
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all data is accurate in real time. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, and changes to Google services may affect availability. We will communicate changes that materially affect use through appropriate means. Fees, plans, and other commercial arrangements are governed by your actual order or agreement with IDTCPack. Accessing these public information pages does not itself incur a fee.
6. Suspension, liability, and disputes
We may restrict or suspend connections to protect accounts or systems, address unlawful activity or abuse, or comply with applicable law or Google's platform requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion under our Privacy Policy. Each party is responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affect your statutory rights. Please contact support first to discuss any dispute. Unresolved disputes may be referred to a competent authority under applicable law.
7. Updates and contact
Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated through platform notices or other appropriate means. If you do not agree to an update, you may disconnect and stop using the affected features.
